Mark Geraghty

Owner

I have been involved in the construction trade for over thirty years. I started out as a laborer on a subdivision at 18 years old while still in school and took a keen interest in the carpentry trade. Over the course of my career I have renovated hundreds of homes from Rosedale estates to simple cottages with pier foundations. I have worked as a Union Carpenter on many large commercial and industrial projects for the TTC, North York General Hospitals new Emergency wing, and several large new factory builds. I have worked on commercial projects including East Side Marios, Lone Star restaurants,Tim Hortons. I have worked in the insurance restoration industry for many years as a Lead carpenter on many large loss projects including the complete rebuilding of several homes from the ground up. I have also worked as an estimator and project manager within the insurance restoration industry. Geraghty Construction is the result of my many years of experience in the trade and my passion for helping people take their ideas from paper to completed projects.
